Zubin Shroff brings over 30 years of experience in the Tech industry, with 28 years dedicated to recruitment across Asia Pacific, Japan, and EMEA. He spent 13 years in senior Talent Acquisition leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Citrix, and EMC (now DellEMC), where he led teams that successfully delivered over 5,000 hires. The next 13 years of Zubin’s career were focused on executive search, where he worked with key organizations including Braithwaite Steiner Pretty (now Odgers Berndtson) and led APJ leadership hiring at Oracle. His deep understanding of regional markets, combined with an operational lens, has made him a trusted partner to business and HR leaders across the globe.
